With the new seasons come growth and change. The changing season often brings seasonal allergies, but on the positive note I often find myself to be more sociable.
My advice during changing seasons has always been to start exercising or playing physical sports in the mornings again (if you’ve stopped for any reason) at least for a few days to bring your body to an equilibrium. You can also do breathing exercises such as Pranayama and Qi Gong to further work on your circulatory system, cleansing the body and boosting the immune system.

Basic H2
The Hi-Tech Hydrogen Inhaler Basic is a light-weight hydrogen electrolyzer that provides molecular hydrogen inhalation and allows you to make hydrogen-rich water at home. It produces 99.9% pure hydrogen gas and has ISO, water quality and CE certifications.

Decisions, decisions.. Let me help you, I would say go for the Basic if you haven’t tried H2 before to get acquainted with H2 water and low-dose H2 inhalation. It works wonderfully well for making hydrogen rich water and the inhalation sessions will get you a good feel of the effects of H2 and H2/O2. It is a good machine which should be a blessing for anyone!
The Ultra machines (900 and 1500) are the best for those wanting clinical doses of H2 and are serious about hydrogen for health. The systems will deliver the best doses and support recovery and rejuvenation to a high level. They are also easy to use as they are desktop systems, the water can be easily changed without needing to move the machine.
The 3000 machine is quite powerful and its full volume would work on the deepest level indeed. The machine allows a lowest dose of 500 ml/min of H2 when only one of the two H2 outputs are used and the system is at its lowest output setting. We generally recommend this one for seasoned users or those who have been advised to use high volume H2 by their practitioners.
