This week, I spent some time reviewing brainwave entrainment research to learn how pulsing the brain with light and PEMF can be used to enhance mental and neurological performance.
In a recent collaborative study by scientists from California Institute of Technology, Princeton university and Tokyo Institute of Technology on the transduction of the Geomagnetic fields in the human brain, it was concluded that the human brain is influenced by geomagnetic field stimuli due to the presence of ferromagnetic transduction elements such as crystals of magnetite (Fe3O4). The Earth’s magnetic field intensity is just 0.25 – 0.65 Gauss, so we can see just how mild of a pulsed stimulation can be sufficient to entrain the brain using natural geomagnetical magnetic field intensities.
