Homeopathy has long been used in our home. I’m proud to say that I have been a patient of Dr. Sankaran as a teenager. Coming to the topic of the relevance of Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy in homeopathy, it can be used on a daily basis at home for enhancing the healing process in conjunction with homeopathy. While homeopathy helps to fine-tune the organism to heal, PEMF enhances the power to heal. PEMF being a non-invasive treatment, whose effects and mechanisms of action align with homeopathic principles, can be a great complementary therapy for homeopathic practices. Like homeopathy, PEMF stimulates the body’s natural self repair abilities.
PEMF can be used to enhance healing of all the tissues, glands and organs of the body and complement homeopathic treatment. Low-intensity PEMF devices and mats can be a great choice for homeopaths. PEMF when applied well can certainly enhance healing, recovery or rehabilitation process and works as a great complimentary therapy along with Homeopathy. Homeopathic research studies can be conducted which measure the effectiveness of specific PEMF treatments in combination with homeopathic remedies. Integrating Hydrogen with Homeopathy
I’ve been working Dr. Bruce Berkowsky since the last few years. He is an exemplary teacher and has vast knowledge of homeopathy, naturopathy, herbal medicine and a lot more. In 2007, a milestone publication in Nature Medicine by Japanese scientist, Ohsawa which reported that molecular hydrogen is a novel selective antioxidant. Together with its biological safety that had been well acknowledged in diving medicine, a bright prospect of molecular hydrogen was brought into research and possible clinical application. Remission of symptoms was observed after hydrogen treatment in a variety of conditions including ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury, metabolic syndromes and inflammation. Promising results were also obtained from preliminary clinical trials on arthritis, diabetes-related disorders, periodontitis, etc.
Inhalation of molecular hydrogen (H2) gas was also found to reduce oxidative stress-induced acute injuries in the brain. Consumption of water nearly saturated with H2 also prevents chronic neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson's disease in animal and clinical studies. H2 increases the mitochondrial membrane potential and the cellular ATP level, which are accompanied increased glutathione and superoxide levels. Hydrogen increases the expression of anti-oxidative enzymes underlying the Nrf2 pathway thereby improving the resistance to exacerbated oxidative stress.
