Happy March Equinox!

With the new seasons come growth and change. The changing season often brings seasonal allergies, but on the positive note I often find myself to be more sociable.
My advice during changing seasons has always been to start exercising or playing physical sports in the mornings again (if you’ve stopped for any reason) at least for a few days to bring your body to an equilibrium. You can also do breathing exercises such as Pranayama and Qi Gong to further work on your circulatory system, cleansing the body and boosting the immune system.
